The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin/Rose Hill, Mauritius

The preparation of annual estimates is an important step in the general Management of the Council. This Committee’s principal aim is to analyse budget proposals for the preparation of estimates and to control financial expenditures according to those estimates. It is called upon to recommend measures aiming at exploring additional means of income and inform the Council whenever there is need for re allocation of funds for the smooth running of municipal activities.

All projects the Council intends to develop are closely examined as regards to their financial implications prior to works being carried out.
